Information we access

We access Google Ads accounts and Google Analytics properties only with permission from a client or authorised account holder.

The dashboard reads information needed for reporting, such as account and property identifiers, campaign details, reporting dates, advertising performance, website traffic, and conversion metrics. We limit access to information relevant to the agreed reporting service.

Where a Google connection uses OAuth, we use its access credentials to retrieve the authorised reports. We do not ask for or store your Google password.

How we use Google data

We use this information to prepare and review internal reports for the relevant client, understand performance, and support the client’s agreed business and marketing work.

The dashboard is for reporting. It does not create, edit, or delete advertisements, change campaign budgets or targeting, or change Google Analytics settings.

Google Ads’ permission wording can cover account changes as well as reporting. Our dashboard uses that permission only to retrieve reporting data.

We do not use connected Google data to train AI models, sell data, serve advertisements, or build profiles for unrelated purposes.

Access and disclosure

Access to client reports is limited to authorised agency personnel who need the information for that client’s reporting work. Reports are not made public or made available to other clients.

We do not sell reporting data or share it with third parties for their own advertising, profiling, resale, or other unrelated purposes. Any processing by technical providers must be limited to operating the authorised reporting service on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

Storage and retention

We limit stored information to the reporting data and connection information needed to operate the dashboard. We treat retained reports and access credentials as confidential and restrict access to them.

We keep information only while it is needed for the agreed reporting service or a legal obligation. When a connection ends, we stop retrieving new data and remove information and access credentials that are no longer needed.

Withdrawing access and requesting deletion

You can withdraw access through your Google Account connections, Google Ads access settings, or Google Analytics access settings, depending on how permission was granted. You can also contact us to stop the connection.

Removing access prevents future retrieval. It does not automatically delete copies already retained by the dashboard.

To request deletion, ask about retained information, or raise a privacy concern, email s@sasan.ai. We may verify that you are the account holder or an authorised representative before acting. If a legal obligation prevents deletion of particular records, we will explain the applicable exception.

These public pages

These pages contain no client-side JavaScript, advertising trackers, or analytics tags. They do not set analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting service may process ordinary technical request information to deliver and protect the site.

Information you send by email is used to respond to your enquiry and manage the related service.

Google API data commitments

Our use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only for the reporting purposes described in this policy.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy if our practices change and identify the latest revision date above. We will seek any additional permission needed before using connected Google data for a new purpose.
